Paghar: Police have captured a 38-year-elderly person from Uttar Pradesh for purportedly taking money and gems worth ₹ 9.75 lakh subsequent to breaking into a house in Palghar in Maharashtra, an authority said on Wednesday.

The denounced, who had no past lawbreaker record, obviously found out about house-breaking robbery from a YouTube video, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Zone II, Pankaj Shirsat told journalists.

The charged, Dilshad Faiaz Sheik, supposedly broke into a house in Achole police headquarters region on June 5 and took money and gems on the whole worth ₹ 9.75 lakh, the authority said.

In view of different leads, including the CCTV film and knowledge inputs, police groups were shipped off Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh, he said.

The denounced was gotten from Uttar Pradesh on June 11 and the taken money and adornments were recuperated from his ownership, the authority said, without determining the spot in UP from where the man was gotten.

During addressing, the blamed let the police know that he had found out about the house-breaking burglary from a YouTube video, the authority said.
